Summary:A bit about us: We are a relaxed, warm family of four seeking a nurturing nanny to care for our 6-month-old daughter (two full days a week) until she is able to get into daycare full-time. We’re a proud bilingual family, originally from the Dominican Republic, so a nanny who can speak both Spanish and English would be wonderful but is not required. Both parents work from home on some days but value giving the nanny and baby space to build their own rhythm and routine. Our baby enjoys stroller walks, exploring different play areas around the home, and working on exciting developmental milestones like sitting independently and learning to stand. We love travel, music, and spending time outdoors, and we’re looking for someone who will actively engage our little one in a safe, stimulating environment.
A bit about you: You are an experienced infant nanny with multiple years of hands-on experience caring for babies through the first year of life. You are warm, attentive, and confident supporting developmental milestones, and you enjoy planning age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and movement. You are comfortable around small, friendly dogs and ideally speak both English and Spanish (Spanish preferred, but not required). You’re proactive about maintaining a clean, organized environment and enjoy partnering with parents who welcome your ideas and insight.
Job Duties: Your primary focus will be engaging our infant in developmentally appropriate activities, supporting nap and feeding routines, and encouraging milestone growth. The day includes stroller walks, indoor and outdoor play, and maintaining her established nap schedule (currently transitioning from three naps to two). Responsibilities include baby’s laundry, light housekeeping related to the child, maintaining a safe and tidy play environment, and light meal prep if time allows. No driving or pet care is required.
