Job Description:

  • Jovie of Las Vegas is seeking a reliable and engaging before-school nanny for a wonderful family in the Summerlin area. This part-time role is perfect for early birds who enjoy helping children start their day with confidence and care.

    Responsibilities include:

    Preparing a simple breakfast

    Assisting with light homework or reading

    Morning routine support (getting dressed, packing backpack, etc.)

    Safe and timely transportation to school

    Minimum Requirements:

    At least 2 years of professional childcare experience with school-aged children

    Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

    CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Strong references from previous childcare roles

    Clean background check

    Ideal Candidate:

    Dependable, punctual, and organized

    Warm and positive with a calm morning presence

    Comfortable managing a quick-paced morning routine

Job Description:

  • Jovie Nannies + Sitters of Las Vegas is seeking a warm, experienced, and engaging part-time nanny to care for a delightful infant and toddler in their home. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing individual who genuinely loves working with young children and is seeking a consistent morning schedule.

    Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM (20 hours per week)

    About the Family: This friendly family values a gentle, hands-on, and screen-free approach to parenting. Mom will be in and out of her office, is very kind, and respects the nanny's space and time. They are looking for a long-term commitment.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Providing attentive and loving care for an infant and toddler.

    Engaging children in age-appropriate activities and play (no screens).

    Preparing bottles and simple meals/snacks for the children.

    Diapering and maintaining hygiene.

    Maintaining a safe and organized environment.

    Keeping parents updated on the children's day.

    Leading by example with patience and self-control.

    Maintaining a strong sense of safety at all times.

    Requirements:

    2-3 years of professional experience caring for infants and toddlers, including newborns.

    Previous nanny experience and excellent references.

    Genuine love for children and enthusiasm about their development.

    Takes initiative and is proactive in creating engaging activities.

    Willing to mirror the family's gentle and hands-on parenting style.

    Reliable transportation and a clean record

    Willing to care for children with mild illnesses (within reason).

    Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to a long-term placement.

    Drug-free (drug screening will be conducted).

    Vaccinated for pertussis

  • Jovie of Las Vegas is looking for a Part-Time Nanny to join a fantastic family in the 89148 area. If you're proactive, love developmental play, and are excited to support a family's growth, this might be your perfect fit!

    Meet the Family:

    This loving Las Vegas family has a sweet 10-month-old. The mother works from a home office, so they're looking for someone who is comfortable with a parent being in the home. They really value open communication and a nanny who understands the importance of safety and developmental care. They have two friendly dogs, a Chihuahua/Boxer mix and a Lab/Pit mix, so a love for animals is a must!

    Your Day-to-Day:

    You'll be focused on caring for the 10-month- making sure she's fed, napping happily, and getting lots of engaging playtime. A nanny who is knowledgeable about infant nutrition and is prepared to help with simple meal prep is ideal. You'll also engage the infant in age-appropriate developmental activities and follow the family's established routine.

    The Schedule:

    Part-time, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 1:45PM.

    The family is looking for a long-term commitment of at least 3 years.

    Start date is flexible, but the sooner, the better.
